Windows 2000 server TCPIP issue

Howdy. Windows 2000 Server, latest sp. Suddenly cannot reach internet on any
port on Server only. Users can log in and use sql server. Can ping gateway
and all internal sites but cannot use a browser to connect to internal web
servers etc. No email access outbound. Users can browse shares on server,
server can browse internal shares on other internal machines. Server pings
itself. Also, printers handled by the server no longer function. Cannot
telnet to ext mailserver via ip or named address. All other internal machines
can. I can ping external FQDN's. All other internal computers work fine.
Any thoughts?
