Server Error

when i am trying to publish my web site to remote server i am gettinng this
error.
"The version of Windows Sharepoint services running on the server is more
recent than the version of SharePointdesinger you are using. You need a more
recent versio of Sharepoint desinger"

I am using frontpage 2003 for my web site. I purchased domain from microsoft
only....
