Server Error Help

I've started getting this error message when trying to up-date my site.
"Server Error. Cannot open We80cnf:no such file or folder.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The Front Page extensions are most likely corrupt. Contact your host to run
a health check/fix or reinstall them.
