Server Crashing

Got a strange one. I have 2 servers that keep crashing if
I try to look at there specific TCP/IP properties for any
of the NICS in the box. I ultimately may have to rebuild
the TCP/IP stack but wanted to see if there were some
other less intensive work arounds.
