server busy

Everytime a window pops up and says ''the action cannot
be completed because the other program is busy''
This makes my page freeze and i have to restart my
computer.
Can anyone help ?

did you ever get a responce to this???? i have the same problem .... if yes could you help me thanks (e-mail address removed)
