Server Build problem with win2003

Hi All,

I'm building a Win2003 server on a AMD 2.6 machine with 2 X SATA Segate
drives running RAID 1 (Silicon Image Raid Driver), 512 RAM, with AG200
Graphics. I seem to have various problems after the Drivers are all
loaded just before the licence agreement in the blue screen.

I have stop errors from:-
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL,
IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL,

They all seems to be memmory related (MS ww site and Newsgroups) - I
have reduced the AGP from 64 to 16 and got to the licence agreement screen.

It seems to give different errors each time, including Floppy.sys and
SCSI??.sys being mentioned.

Anyone have any ideas....
