Serv Pack 4/Norton Speed Disk

Norton Speed Disk (Norton System Works 2001) no longer
runs after install of SP4. Msg says it is designed for
Win 2000/NT4.0 SP3 -- NOT NT 3.51. Suspect boot record,
any ideas/fixes. Need speed disk! MS Defrag doesn't get it.
