series of tasks

Isn't there some way to be able to set up a series of tasks that I can
execute at one time? I am a real estate broker and when I get a listing I
would like to be able to set up tasks without entering them in individually.
Ex: enter the listing, hang the lockbox, order the sign. I'd like to set up
a series of these that upon being given the start date of the sequence, would
populate all the task into Outlook...I can't be the only one??

Outlook does not have a "sub-task" option.

You can create a checklist in Word that has all of your required steps and make it a fill-in form. However, you would not get reminders like you would using Outlook. Your other option includes creating a task form with all of the dependencies, make it a recurring item and check things off as they are completed.
