Serial Port Problems

I install Windows 200 Pro. on a Sony Laptop, and Windows
doesn't recognize my built in serial port. I've even tried
to install one manually, but wih no success. Any clues?

If the laptop is more than a couple of years old you
should try a bios update. I do recall seeing something a
couple of years ago that W2K does something different
with serial ports so if you want to install it on older
machines you should get a bios update from the
manufacturer that supports W2K.
