Hi,

I have 4 different emails for my business on Outlook and want to have
different signatures for all of them. Anyone know how this is done? much
appreciated.

Use Word as the editor in Outlook 2003. Prior versions do not have this
option.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

In Outlook 2003:
Tools / Options / Mail Format
You can manage all your signatures there. When sending an email, you can
choose your sig via Insert menu.

You do NOT need to use Word as your editor. I do not like using Word as my
editor.

Does not open attachments from strangers, but you can email me. :P

Yes, that is an option. However, having to remember which signature goes
with which account may be problematic. Using Word and the signature
assignation pre-empts that problem.

BTW - using Wordmail has improved greatly with Outlook 2003.

I can't remember what it was, but I had a real "show stopping" problem when
using Word as my mail editor... I'll turn it on and give it another try.
Thanks.

I figured out why I don't use Word as my mail editor. You cannot insert
signatures when the correct sig to account does not show up. There is an
option to insert sig, but it's not linked to Outlook.

When using Word, you need to use the Insert>Autotext>Signature feature.

Yes but the autotext does not contain my signatures I defined in Outlook...
for me it just has my name as a sig. I don't see any of the sigs I created
in Outlook.
