Outlook has profiles and to set up a Profile go to Control Panel > Mail >
Add Profile. You may want to set it so that Outlook prompts you for a
Profile and this is done by checking a radio button under the Profile button
(in Control Panel > Mail). Note to swap Profiles you will need to close and
restart Outlook.

Hello, cab anyone help please?

I'm using Outlook 2002 on one computer. Two people use the computer to check
their emails.

When one person checks their emails Outlook also downloads other emails for
the second person.

I've looked every where for help on this subject but is there a way of
seperating the identities of each person so that when one person checks for
their emails they cannot check the other persons at the same time?

If so, how do you go about configuring Outlook to do this?

Regards,
Richard Williams
