I cant open my Outlook.

When I go to open Outlook, its says I need to go to the Control Panel and
click on mail to add a new profile. When I try to add a new profile, nothing
happens. It says the Profile Wizard should open up so I can add a profile,
but it doesn't. I would really like help getting into my Outlook.

Have you tried re-installing Outlook? Which version of Outlook is this? Did
it just suddenly stop working?

I had installed Microsoft Office 2003 a few years ago and it worked fine.
Then, recently, I installed a free version of Office 2007 - which doesnt
include Outlook. Since then, I have not been able to open Outlook for some
reason.

There is no free version of Office. There's a trial verson, but that
expires after a while and will need to be activated with a product key that
you buy.

I can not get the 25th digit of my product key to take. Any ideas

Did you triple check the previous 24 digits to verify they are correct - pay
close attention to 8 and B, that's the most common character mistyped.
