Sent items rule moving message to specific folder based on from fi

Here is the senario, we have a user that replies to about 15 different
informational email addresses as that email address (From field). Each of
the addresses is represented by a public folder. We would like to create a
rule that examines the From field and based on the address/user in the from
field we would move/save a copy of that message to a specific folder. Is
this posible with built in outlook rules wizard, (there does not appear to be
a from option). Is there a third party rules wizard that may work for this?
They do not have to be server side rules.

Version of outlook? Have you tried the option to save sent messages in the
folder with the original? Not sure if it works on public folder messages
(it's been ages since I used the option). Look in tools, options, email
options, advanced.
