Sent Items Folder Missing

I have a copy of Outlook which has the Sent Items Folder missing from Outlook
Today - it should contain a large number of emails, anybody got any ideas
what has happened? - it's apparently impossible to delete it.

I'm going to ask the user to try the Scanpst.exe program to see if this
restores it. We are using Internet only email so I can't restore from
Exchange.

Any suggestions on restoring the lost sent emails would be most welcome (No
recent backups!)

You might also want to run an Advanced Find across the entire .PST file --
perhaps the Sent Items folder was moved to another folder somehow. You can
also try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need
