Sent faxes sending blank page

Greetings!

We have been working on an issue for a few weeks at a
clients office. When they send a fax using the SBS
Shared Fax on Their fax machine it will pull legal size
paper instead of the Letter siez. On other Fax machines
if there is not any legal it will pull a blank sheet in
between printed pages. I have now narrowed it down
possibly to the Driver. In the driver the paper size is
set to 200 X 297 mm. Leter size I think is 210 X 279.
Has anyone ever seen this? How do I change paper size in
the current driver or change drivers?
