Sent email

I have multiple messages "sitting" in my outbox. When I close out Outlook,
it asks if I want to send items in outbox. I say yes, but they are still
there. I am not receiving mail now. I can compose and send but nothing is
coming back.

Any error message when you try to send or receive?

What happens to a message you try to send, does it stay in the
Outbox, or does it go into the Sent Items folder?
If there is an accumulation of messages in the Outbox folder, open
the Outbox folder. Move as many of those messages as you can to
the Drafts folder. If any won't move or can't be deleted,
apply this Microsoft fix:
