Sent email doesn't show up

I have been sending emails but they don't show up in sent mail so I can't
tell if they actually were sent or not. I have the box checked for saving
sent mail.

Are you filtering your view of Sent Items? Do you have any rules in place to
move your Sent Items elsewhere? Does this happen to all emails you send or
only some?
