sent column shows my name not the recepient name

The sent column of my past sent messages in Outlook, shows that the recepient
of the email is me instead of the actual recepient...

when i click on the message it clearly shows that the recepient is not me
and that the message has been sent to the right email??

This makes finding and reviewing a sent message take forwever...It's driving
me nuts...HELP PLEASE

try resetting the view - right click on the row of field names and choose
customize (or custom, depending on your version of outlook) and choose
Reset.
