Sensitive D'Top Icons causes reboot?

I have run into a new problem just yesterday - I have grayed out icons
and if I try to open them by clicking on them, my computer reboots.

One of the icons is a desktop.ini for new version of WMP 9.0.

Ideas?

i had a similar prob last week. called dell. they talked me through uninstalling. rebooting. reinstalling. works fine now! worth a try? good luck!
