SendKeys Error

I am assisting a customer running Access 2002 on a Windows
XP system. On this particular computer she is getting an
error: The SendKeys action requires Microsoft Access
Utility Add-in to be loaded. I do a search on this utility
add-in and come up with nothing at MSKB. This operation
works fine on other computers so I imagine she may need
some library registered or something. Anyone have any
ideas what I might try to resolve this?
