Sending to the Quicklaunch Toolbar

Remember how you used to drag and drop those icons onto the Quicklaunch
Toolbar in earlier versions of Windows? There is a new option for that in
Vista. Right click on a program on your desktop and look at the context
menu. It now has a new item called "Add to Quick Launch."

Now you don't have to drag and drop if you don't want to.

Good tip Colin. Thing is, once you get the ole quick launch loaded with a
ton of things in Windows Any Flavor it takes a while to launch so I ended up
in XP making a shortcut of the folder. I found I just ended up once it got
that full either reaching the destinations from the run box/combination
address bar in the taskbar of made a shortcut of them. I think it's real
progress I have 9 items on my Vista quick launch instead of 900. So it
seems there is a limit of how many things you put on it before it takes a
while to popup but probably a long way from the couple hundred or so I
think I have on XP.
