sending to multiple recipients

Is there a way to send an email to a group of people (multiple email address
in the To box) using Outlook 2003, but not have all those address available
(visible) to the each recipient?

Thanks,

Dennis

As Brian suggested, you can put all recipients in the BCC field (and put
your own address in the TO field to make sure the message doesn't get
blocked by anything). Or you can use a merge to electronic mail if you want
everyone to see only their own name in the TO field. You'll need to have the
same version of Word as of Outlook in order to do this.

Open a new message window and click "Options" - the bcc option is there.
