When I send an email in Outlook 2007, I do not want the recipients to see my
telepone numbers or postal address etc.

How do i setup it up so that a recipient only sees my email address?

Thanks

Sounds like you need to modify your signature.
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Signatures...

Simple. Don't put your personal information into your outbound e-mails. If
you are talking about some signature added by your employee's mail server,
well, it's their property (network, mail server, mail client, your
workstation, etc) so it's their choice to ensure that their employees are
properly identified. In that case, talk to your mail admin or IT folks.
