Sending & Receiving Attachements

My outlook will not send or receive attachments, when I
try to send an attachment the error says, can't create
file, check your permissions on the folder, but it doesn't
say which folder, when I receive an attachment and try to
open it I get the same error.

When my outlook first starts, it says
an extension failed to initialize

I think this is where my problem lies.

No, your first problem is in not posting your Outlook version.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
