Nope. It is intended for people who don't have PowerPoint. It's poorly
written is all.

It says:
This download works with the following Office applications:

a.. PowerPoint 2003
b.. PowerPoint 2002
c.. PowerPoint 2000
d.. PowerPoint 97

It should say:

This download works with presentations created in the following Office
applications:

a.. PowerPoint 2003
b.. PowerPoint 2002
c.. PowerPoint 2000
d.. PowerPoint 97
