sending multiple emails from one email address

how can i send an email to email addresses within one contact....i made a
contact group but within some of the contacts they have two email accounts
and i want to send the email to both accounts. can i do that?

No.
In WinMail one can only use one multiple addresses held in a "contact".
You'd have to create an additional contact with the second address.
