sending movie clips via email

How can I get an MPEG movie to send using Outlook
Express? I keep having to respond to my SMTP. Ive tried
zipping it andeverything. The clip is only 20 second long
 
It may be 20 seconds but depending on what you used to compressit it could
be a lrage file. What did you use, what settings and what is the file size.
MM has a save for email option and if you want more flexibility there is
windows media encoder.
