I have just changed my internet to an ADSL connection and
it works fine for internet and for receiving e-mail but
it will not allow messages to be sent unless the address
has the same domain name as my own address - the message
I get is " The message could not be sent because one of
the recipients was rejected by the server 550 relay not
permitted Account pop.iolfree.ie SMPT server
mail.iolfree.ie Error number 0x800ccc79

Ask your DSL provider what their SMTP server name is, and use that for
outgoing mail. If you've already done that, ask them how you're supposed to
send if you're using a different domain name.
