Sending Mail using OE

Am receiving mail without any problem. Have already checked with my ISP and
the setup is fine. Tech can find no reason why my mail is not going out to
anyone else on other servers. Manufacturer could not solve the problem. Any
help will be greatly appreciated for this new computer.

I would guess your account setting for your outgoing server are not correct.

OE, tools menu, Accounts, Mail account Properties, Server tab...
