I have Vista home premium and I was wondering if there is anyway to stop it
from sending mail in the preview mode... and if not will this ever be
corrected... images do not embed when they are sent in the preview mode...

Not sure what you mean by "sending mail in the preview mode"

You probably have your mail sending format set to plain text?
Tools>options>send>HTML>apply/OK

Click in the message body and Use the insert menu>picture, to embed your
picture.

Okay I do stationery and when opening a new stationery or html message in
windows mail... If I go to view and click on Source edit I have 3 tabs at
the bottom of my stationery.... edit... source.... preview... In OE when in
the preview mode it used to tell you that you are still editing the source of
the message and you must go to edit to send or save the message in WM it will
allow you to send it... but when it is received the images wont be
embedded.... Is there a way to stop WM from sending in the preview mode...
or can this be corrected anyway..

I will be the first to say "that I do not have a clue to your solution", I
have never felt the urge to decorate my e-mail.

You might try the other abortion of a free e-mail program WLM?

Everyone else seems to want to do that, instead of fighting the corner?

Have you asked in the dedicated stationery groups on the
news://msnews.microsoft.com/ server?

None for WM, but OE is covered, there can't be that much difference?

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.stationery

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress.stationery

HTH?

Actually, WLM is less capable of fancy HTML and stationery
than WM is, because WLM lacks the 'Source Edit' feature that
WM has.

Hi mac.... no I havent... but in OE when you try to send in the preview
mode it will give you and error or warning message... whatever you want to
call it..... saying that you are still editing the source and if you want to
send or save the email.... you need to go to edit...

but I will check the links out... thanks so much...
