Sending mail HELP PLZ

i am having a problem sending mail through AIM it says the following


The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: baby', Account:
'Tommy's Mail', Server: 'smtp.aim.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Follow these setup instructions:

Those instructions are for OE, but they will work fine in Windows Mail.
AOL/AIM uses port 587 instead of port 25.
