Sending links via outlook express

I am unable to send emails or links directly from the web page or a file page
by using file/send to. It shows only the exchange server but I want to use
outlook express only how do i fix this problem??

To set Outlook Express as the default, click Start, Run and type:

"%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /REG
regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"

If that does not help, use this method (XP SP1 and above)
