Sending from an Additional Mailbox in Outlook

Not sure if this is outlook or exchange. I have added various mailboxes to
Open Additional Mailbox. I have done this so that my users in the CSR
department can have their own emails open (nameATmydomain.com) as well as be
able to monitor salesATmydomain.com, informationATmydomain.com, etc. The
problem is when they reply to a message in these additional mailboxes, the
get an error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: gjh
Sent: 2/9/2007 9:26 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

A User on 2/9/2007 9:29 AM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=mydomain:MYSERVER

How can I enable these users to send as this recipient? THe issue is when I
reply to the message in the additional mailbox, there is a FROM field and the
email (salesATmydomain.com) is in the from field. That is when this error
occurs. I have given the users FULL MAILBOX ACCESS rights in AD.

Thanks for the help.

You must enable the Send As security permission on the AD object as well. If
you don't see the tab enable the Advanced View.

In AD U&C you can set the amount of details you see. If you open a user
object and don't see the Security tab you have it set to not show all
details.
