Try looking at the directions here: http://www.yadtel.net/residential/emailsetup.html Assuming you have a Yadtel mail account. The directions for Outlook Express are nearly identical to Windows Mail. You have to use the correct settings. You can not make things up and expect them to work. HTH -pk
