Sending email from different accounts

Hi - I have four email accounts, two with one provider and two with another.
When I select a different account to send from in new mail message it still
shows from the default email in the address bar. I have tried to set up a
new profile and it won't send at all. The two email addresses from one
provider respond OK and will show different in the address bar, but the two
from the different one will not from outlook. When I send from the webmail
part of the provider it works OK. Please help me - i am trying to run a
small business and would like to look a bit more professional!!

POP3 accounts?

Configure the SMTP server settings of the mailboxes from the other provider
to use Authentication. If that doesn't work simply put in the SMTP server
settings of the other accounts.

Thanks for your reply. Either I'm still doing something wrong or my
computer is just up the spout. I have tried to tick the authenticate box and
input details plus password. All that happens then is it keeps on asking me
again and again for the password in a new box when I'm trying to send and
recieve. It makes no difference that I tell it to remember the password.

I'm frustrated and confused. I really appreciate your help ... any other
ideas???
