How do I combine email accounts in Outlook?

In my family we have four different email addresses, all through the same
provider. How can we set up Outlook so that we can access all four addresses
through the same program? Currently we have to close and re-open, choosing a
different profile. And, when a new profile is selected, none of the calendar
information is present that was entered previously.

You can add all four accounts to one profile in the Tools menu > Accounts
command. Just to check, what version of Outlook are you using?
