Help! Can receive but not send via different email accounts

Could anybody help with with this one:
Since changing ISP provider, two out of three email accounts no longer lets
me send emails. Using Outlook 2003 on XP, all test set up works fine!!

I can receive emails from all three accounts.
But when sending - I select relevant account - Outlook only sends via my
default email account, ignoring my request to send from different account.
Any ideas?

Would much appreciate comments and assistance

Some ISP's will only allow you to send mail from their server when connected
to their connection. If you are attempting to send mail from an ntlworld
account, whilst connected to a freeserve ISP you may not be able to send mail.
