sending email from a website

I'm new to this. I was on a website and clicked on a "contact us" button.
it opened up email. I can't send anything using Windows Mail, but that is
what opens up. Is there a way for me to have the link open in msn mail or
hotmail? Thank you

No.

You have several options, install a third party mail client like
Thunderbird.
Install WLMDb
Wait for WLM to be released later in the month.

WM does not support Hotmail etc.
