sending desktop to TV?

on XP Professional,[and an IBM T21 Laptop] how do I
enable the S video out so that my desktop will be viewed
on my TV screen?

{I have done this several times successfully before but
CANNOT remember how!) I use this laptop at work where I
have a docking station and use an extended desktop [i.e. 2
monitor screens]

If FN+F7 won't toggle to it. Then simply go into
START\PROGRAMS\THINKPAD\THINKPAD UTILITIES\THINKPAD
CONFIGURATION; then when the program opens click the TV
icon in the upper left hand corner. If you want TV and
LCD click the icon to the right of the TV one.
