sending BBC's using outlook express

I want to send a newsletter to members of my newsgroup
but don't want to share their addresses with each other,
so sending BBC's would seem to be the best option.
But.... the system won't let me send more than 4. Is
this an inbuilt restriction, or do I have a particular
problem with the way my system is set up. If so, is
there another way I achieve my aim?

This limit is set by your ISP to prevent spamming or is a contract
agreement. You can use Microsoft Outlook (so not Outlook Express!) icw Word
and do a mailmerge instead.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
