I want to sent an email to a list of pple without them seeing who else is
recieving it. But when I send it BBC and they open the email the "To:" line
is blank. Is there a way to send an email to multiple addressess and when
each recipients opens the mail thier name will be on the "To:" only????

If you are using Word, you can personalize your messages via Mail merge. It
does cause one message per recipient. I send over 1,500 of my newsletter
with no name in the "To..." line. Hasn't caused a complaint in the past 5
years.
