every email I send 'needs' to have my address in the BCC, HELP!

How can I set up my emails, so every email that I send has my email address
in the BBC field... without having to manually add it every time I'm sending
an email?

is there a rule I can set up?

Why? That's what Sent Items is for and it's much more efficient.
