Sending Attachments

I am unable to send emails through Outlook that have attachments, e.g., .jpeg, .doc, .xls, etc. They make it to the Outbox but no further. I am using MS Outlook 2002.
 
What error do you get? Disable your outgoing virusscanner and try again.
