Sending attachments to the TO list but no attachments to the CC li

Hi all,
I worked in a team where we always keep our team in the loop for whatever we
do. So that includes sending emails and putting the team in the CC list. Is
it possible that when we send an email with large attachment to someone, the
people in the cc list, my teammates do not get the attachments? So as not to
jam their mailbox?
