Can you CC: & send a list of the attach. instead of actual files?

We usually send copies of AutoCAD drawings back and forth with our engineers;
we also "CC:" anyone working on the job when drawings are updated. This eats
a lot of space on the server by having the drawings saved several times. Is
there a way to set a variable that would allow us to "forward to" or "CC:"
without actually including the attachments, only a list of the files
attached? We'd like to send the files to the engineers with a "CC:" to
people within our firm, but without the attached files being included in the
"CC:".

You'd need to use a second message and enter the names of the files
manually. You can't include an attachment for some recipients but only the
name of the attachment for others with the same message.
