Sending appointments

I have a user with Outlook XP in an exchage organization
whose appointment invitaions are recieved by other users
as regular email messages instead of invites.

No other user has a problem with this function. I can't
find any option that would affect this or any related
articles in the KB.

Any ideas??
 
When they send the Appointment how do they address the To field, from the
GAL or by typing/choosing from Contact folders etc. If they type it or
choose from an address book other than the GAL then have them use the GAL
and does it make a difference.
