Sending a link

One person uses Windows mail the other Outlook. When I go to send a link it
only gives me the option of sending it from the Outlook account. Is there
any way to change this
 
I take it that Outlook and Windows Mail are on the same computer?
Only one email program can be the default, meaning it will handle
things like links from web pages.
To change the default mail program: Control Panel, Default Programs.
