send word doc in email to appear as is, not cut off

I am sending an invitation to our office and want the text (which is flashing
in the document) to flash in the email verison and the entire page to be
visiable. Now when I send, the top is cut off and the flashing text is not
flashing.
 
I appologize for using "reply" , but I cannot seem to access "new topic"! I
recently upgraded to XP, and a later version of Outlook Express. I use Word
2000 and am now unable to access "newer" documents for attachment to email.
My documnet previous to XP are shown, but the new documents do not appear,
although I can access them through word! Pleae can anyone steer me clear on
this one? TIA, Mara
