Hi Lavert,
Open Internet Explorer and browse that particular page.
From the File menu, select Send > Page by Email
If OE is configrued as the default mail client, it is launched with the
webpage attachment.
"The current document type can not be sent as mail. Would you like to send a
Shortcut instead?"

Could I just ask the following:
Are you attempting to send a webpage that you have setup in say frontpage?
OR as most people have assumed,
Are you only trying to send the "url address" of a webpage to someone?
