send updated meeting to new attendees only?

i have already sent meeting info to 6 execs., i now want to invitte another 3
people, and send the updated info to these 3 people only. is it doable?
 
Add the three people to the required attendees, or optional and press send.
You will be given the option to send to all or only the updated attendees.
